Our Values
Safety: At ASD Construction, a solid safety program is a major factor in our success, and it contributes to our competitive edge. We are committed to the health and well-being of our employees, subcontractors, and customers. That is why we are continually improving our knowledge regarding construction safety standards. Our team has successfully completed the 10 & 30 hour Occupational Safety and Health Training, in addition to the U.S. EPA Lead Safety for Renovation, Repair, and Painting courses. We believe that accident prevention is a responsibility and function at all levels of management. Accountability is required for the prevention of all accidents and incidents.
Quality Assurance: ASD Construction establishes clear roles and responsibilities for quality assurance. We believe the essence of true quality control is in frequent inspection, verifications and reminders consistently communicated from management to project managers, along with our teams having a deep knowledge of the job.
Training: ASD Construction continually improves our training, tools and process to increase the quality of our service. We view the continuing education of our staff as a collaborative process, valuing innovation, change and accountability.
